Ancestry Universe #1 Kickstarter

Hello All!
Our very own Kyleen McHenry wrote a book! It is called Blackbirds: Life of a Thief, and is the first novel in The Deities Saga. It was originally printed November 6th, 2020. Kyleen launched a Kickstarter yesterday which ends on Friday, April 4th, 2021 12 PM EST! She is gaining funds for a re-write of the original novel, and a re-record of the original audiobook. The 2nd edition is set to be made available on November 6th, 2021.
So far the Kickstarter has raised $30!!
The synopsis:
"Abandoned by his parents and taken in by Sean Willock, owner of the Gods Tavern in Stone Creek, Lonan was taught three things over the years: To steal, to fight, and to survive.
One day, it is revealed he is the son of The Morrigan, goddess of war and prophecy. Lonan stands on the edge of a never-ending battle between forces he does not understand. Will he embrace his destiny and start his path to becoming a true demi-god? Or will he turn his back and leave his home defenseless?"
The 2nd edition printing will consist of 15+ additional pages of story, notes from her daughter (Teah McHenry) who helped contribute to the story, random bird facts they found interesting during the plot, new cover art (which will be designed to become a boxed set later on), and more. The trim size of the book will be changed to 5.5" x 8.5" (previously 6" x 9"), but the hardcover edition will remain the same size 6" x 9" like before.

Publisher ISBN numbers (need 4) - $129 each (4 x 129 = $516 + tax)
New copyright - about $75 + tax
Book editing & formatting - about $300-500 depending on length
Re-recording of the audiobook
Narrator cost - about $500+ expected
Comic book adaption
Cover art, background art, character art, & chapter titles - about $1,000+
Comic pages (about 80 full-color pages) - $12,000+
Printing costs vary depending on format (paperback, hardcover, and full-color comic book)
Ranges from $2.50 per book to $12 per book.
This does not include the Kickstarter exclusive content, just the regular print versions.
Risks and challenges
The delays from COVID make shipping take longer. So might be delays on the actual shipment of physical copies. These delays will not effect the digital ones.
